Regarding the 'International PhD Program' that I've been following, the agreement for the international visiting research period is arranged between UIC, Barcelona and ITU, Istanbul.
The creative and productive visiting period is between January 2019 to April 2019 at ITU Taşkışla Campus, Architectural Faculty.
